I’m a hotelier at heart—my journey began at the front desk, where I discovered the magic of being the one who creates an impressionable guest experience through genuine connection. From arranging for Minnie Mouse to escort a family to their suite at The Disneyland Hotel, to surprising a couple with their signature cocktails from their wedding at Temecula Creek Inn a year later for their anniversary, I witnessed firsthand how the smallest details have the power to leave lasting impressions. I knew then that hospitality is where I could leave my mark and bring joy to others.

With a strong foundation in guest experience, I transitioned into marketing, combining my passion for service with creativity, strategy, and design into impactful stories. I focus on creating marketing strategies that connect emotionally with audiences—whether through social media campaigns, website content, or on-property events—ensuring every touchpoint reflects the true essence of the brand.
